Who We Are
Lightweight Flanges is a focused product division of Texas Flange & Fittings Inc., a Houston-area flange supplier that has been cutting, forging, and shipping steel pipe flanges for over fifty years. Our main facility in Pearland, Texas handles everything from standard catalog orders to custom-engineered flanges built to customer drawings.
This division exists because lightweight flanges are a distinct product category with their own standards, dimensional tables, and application requirements. Engineers specifying AWWA C207 flanges for a water treatment project have different needs than someone ordering ASME B16.5 Class 300 weld necks for a refinery. We built this resource to serve that audience directly.
Whether you need a dozen 8-inch slip-ons for a pump station or a set of 96-inch blinds for a cooling water intake, the process is the same: call us, tell us what you need, and we will quote it, build it, and ship it. No middlemen, no trading companies, no guesswork on material certifications.
What We Supply
Class 125LW slip-on, blind, and weld neck flanges per AWWA C207 and ANSI B16.1 industry standard dimensions. Sizes 4" through 144". Carbon steel standard, with stainless, alloy, and low-temperature grades available. Custom bore sizes, non-standard bolt patterns, and special facings manufactured to order.
How We Work
Most standard lightweight flanges ship from stock or within days. Large-diameter and custom flanges are manufactured to order with typical lead times of 2 to 4 weeks depending on size and material. Every flange ships with full material test reports (MTRs) traceable to the heat of steel.
